First of all as Always thank you to A.Deception for giving me the Permission to write this Introduction.
As the Readers of this Blog most know by now, I'am often on Spotify and switch through so many Artists. And in this Sence i found also A.Deception!
I'm always surprised that I go in the direction like Thrash Metal since I'm more into the symphonic direction.

That's why I'm very happy about this Blog. So far, I've only found very good bands that I'm happy to recommend.
Here are some Infos that the Artist himself gave us for our little Introduction on this Blog.
A. Deception was the stage name I used in my previous band "The Trip Hazards" (2015-2020), so when I went off to make music by myself I stuck with the stage name.
The dates were not listed on the metal archive, so my first release was in October of 2021. I released 2 Eps 4 singles and one full length album between 2021 and 2023.
I was not happy with the production quality of them so in August of 2024 I released all of them remixed and remastered on the album "Scriptures Of Deceit" and just 2 weeks ago I released my new Ep "Bleeding Orifice"
I also record the songs myself and do all the mixing and mastering and release them on my record label Deceit Records.
Not sure if you need my age but I stared playing guitar at 14, started The Trip Hazards at 15, started my solo career at 21 and I'm 25 now.
And so we come to the independently released album Scriptures of Deceit, which was released in August 2024, to be precise the 11th. Of course, it can be found on his Bandcamp page.

Ceyla: "Is there any band that inspires you the most? Or, if there isn’t such a band, where do you draw your inspiration from?"

A.D: "I think the bands that have inspired my music the most would be "Megadeth" and "Overkill". I know they are pretty entry level bands but I just love the guitar riffs in Megadeth, and the bass in Overkill is next level. But at the moment I would say bands like "Breach" (90s Swedish hardcore band) and "Harold Holt Search Party" are keeping me enthusiastic to keep writing more stuff."
You can definitely hear the influences of the Artists mentioned above in the songs, but the sound of the songs is still very unique. Unique enough to let your imagination run wild and just let yourself be carried away. Even if that's hard to imagine with some music genres.

Of course, there was also the question of the festivals.
Ceyla: "Are there any festivals or events in Germany, or even worldwide, that you would like to attend? Some of them always offer opportunities to apply."
Everyone has different ideas about which events they might be suitable for, so we are always curious to see what the answer will be.
A.D: "At the moment being a solo artist in a genre like metal it's quite difficult to perform live. I am currently looking for members to start a new band so I can play live more often. I have noticed that a large percentage of my listeners are from Germany so I would love to play there one day."
As many of You know, i do love to recommend to different Festivals, like Dong Open Air, Full Force, Rock Harz, Summer Breeze, Turock Open Air , Party San Open Air, Frostfeuernächte, Dark Troll Festival and many many more. The only thing we could try would be to write to Graspop or, as always, share the Summer Breeze page.
Nonetheless, we're keeping our fingers crossed for the upcoming festival season for the band where they get the Chance to Play.
Of course, we always give artists and musicians the option to leave a message for the readers. These messages are always very heartwarming, even if you shouldn't mention them in metal. And yet, they are all absolutely lovely people.

A.D: "To anyone making music don't stop doing it, the more you make the better you'll get at it. The world always needs more music and even if it only brightens up one persons day that worth it.
Also later this year me and the guys from The Trip Hazards are celebrating our tenth anniversary and the 5 year anniversary of our first release by releasing a new Ep. So if you like my music and want to hear my more punky side give it a listen when it drops."
