First of all as Always thank you to A Rising Chapter for giving me the Permission to write this Introduction.

As the Readers of this Blog most know by now, I'am often on Spotify and switch through so many Artists. And in this Sence i found also A Rising Chapter!
I'am more on the Symphonic/Power/Speed Side of the Metal Genre so no one can reckon that I would also like Deathcore now and than also.

The Line Up is as Such:
Bass: Andi Pape
Guitar: Josh B.
Vocals: Jakob Wlasiuk
Drums: Alex Neuberger

That's why I'm very happy about this Blog. So far, I've only found very good bands that I'm happy to recommend.
In September 2022 they released their single Black Hole on their own. A truly powerful debut if you want to call it that.
1. Black Hole
Full-Length Playtime: 4:50

As always, we were able to ask our questions, which we are happy to include.
Ceyla"Is there any band that inspires you the most? Or, if there isn’t such a band, where do you draw your inspiration from?"

All of our questions were answered by the band's singer Jakob Wlasiuk, which is an honor for us no matter which band member.

J.W: "Definitely! A big influence is definitely "Lorna Shore", as it is our drummer's favorite band and he does 80% of the songwriting. Also "Shadow Of Intent", but also classic deathcore bands like "Whitechapel" or Carnifex play a big role."

Since we are collecting all the information we can, we will also take the description from their Bandcamp into account. 'A Rising Chapter was founded in 2022. The aim was to stand out among the flood of brutal metal bands and to create a special mix of brutal deathcore with catchy and partly harmonious melodies.

...it ́s time for a rising chapter.'

You can definitely hear the influences of the bands mentioned above in the songs, but the sound of the songs is still very unique. Unique enough to let your imagination run wild and just let yourself be carried away. Even if that's hard to imagine with some music genres.

Also in October, the deathcore band honored their fans with another single called Cage of Lies.
1. Cage of Lies
Full-Length Playtime: 04:52

And this time too, you could be blown away by the brilliant sound. The more you listen to it, the more nuances you can make out that make it sound like their sound. Something completely unique that they have created over the months, if not years.

I did ask myself if I should ask this to every artist since not everybody has the desire to be on festivals or events, but nonetheless, I ask.

Ceyla"Are there any festivals or events in Germany, or even worldwide, that you would like to attend? Some of them always offer opportunities to apply.
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
J.W: "We see ourselves at pretty much every festival that has something to do with core and metal. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to get attention due to the flood of existing bands. "Summerbreeze" would definitely be very cool, but also smaller festivals like "Bavarian Battle Open Air". Unfortunately, it hasn't worked out yet."

As many of You know, i do love to recommend to different Festivals, like Dong Open AirFull ForceRock HarzSummer BreezeTurock Open Air , Party San Open AirFrostfeuernächteDark Troll Festival and many many more.
Nonetheless, we're keeping our fingers crossed for the upcoming festival season for the band where theyget the Chance to Play.

We now try to include the complete discography in these presentations to make the search easier.
[2022.12.12] Way of Torment (Single)
[2023.01.27] Inanimate (Full-Length)
[2024.02.02] Forlorn Hope (EP)
[2024.05.01] The Chosen One (Single)

Of course, we always give artists and musicians the option to leave a message for the readers. These messages are always very heartwarming, even if you shouldn't mention them in metal. And yet, they are all absolutely lovely people.
Ceyla: "Is there anything you would like the readers of this blog to know about you and your music?"
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
J.W: "If you listen to us, we're happy to hear from you and are grateful for everyone who likes our music! If you organize concerts yourself or know someone who does, please write to us, we're happy about every opportunity to perform. :-)
Otherwise, stay true to yourself and stay metal! \m/ "

All named artists, as well as festivals and the entire discography, are linked throughout the article!

Since I personally really like listening to symphonic / power / speed metal, it was pretty easy for me to get into this band because their genre is Symphonic Black Metal. It didn't always feel difficult to listen to for me, as is unfortunately the case with some genres.
